1. SALTINESS : Mostly salty flavour in Thai cooking comes from fish sauce. Obviously, many Thai famillies have fish sauce and cook it in lots of Thai menu. Sometimes, Thai people cook with salt or soy bean sauce too.
2. SWEETNESS : Thai food usually cook with natural sugar. There are many types of sugar – refined sugar, palm sugar, and brown sugar. Moreover, each sugar has the different taste also.
3. SOURNESS : Many Thai menu mix with lime juice, vinegar or tamarind juice. It makes Thai food more taste when you eat.
4. SPICENESS : Chilli makes more spicy in Thai food. Lots of Thais decorate curry with fresh spur chillies. And dried spur chillies make the hot taste in Thai food.
5. CREAMY : Creamy flavours are from coconut cream and oil, especially Thai curry and dessert. For example, Green curry with chicken.
