Each meal consists of two or three different kinds of main dishes. Each dish has a different taste ; hot, salty, sweet, or mild. Moreover, Thai foods are colorful also.
When ever people say Thai food, they often think of food from central Thailand around Bangkok. But Thailand have different colorful cuisines from each region ; North, Northeast, South, and Centre. Thai food has wide contrasts in color and texture, and moderate tastes depending on the region.
